Returns policy
Follow these steps to exchange your purchased item:

Item(s) can be returned to us, in original condition along with the receipt of purchase. Once we have looked over the products(s) you sent us, you’ll be emailed a Credit Voucher for the same value of the item/s being returned, valid for a year, that can be used in one of our stores or online at www.petretin.com

Returns can be accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges on a product bought on sale or on clearance.

In the off chance there is something wrong with your product(s). We accept returns of our goods in unwashed, unused, brand new condition, and including their packaging and receipt of purchase within 30 days of delivery. If your product(s) meet these criteria, email us at info@petretin.com. We will offer you a refund, or an exchange for another item.
Return Process
Please contact info@petretin.com for a return authorization.
Please include a copy of your original packing slip and any shipping materials that were sent with your order.
Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. It may take 3-5 business days for this refund to reflect on your credit card statement once we receive the product.
