    Petretin is based in Greece, with our historic boutique located in Corfu Old Town and our creative studio situated in downtown Athens.
  • What is available to shop online at petretin.com?
    Our online store offers the Maison Petretin collection, along with a curated selection of resortwear, accessories, artisanal objects, and handpicked pieces from independent Greek and international designers.
  • Is the online collection the same as what's in-store?
    There is overlap, but some pieces may be exclusive to either our boutique or our online store. We encourage exploring both to experience the full Petretin universe.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We currently ship exclusively within the European Union. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
  • How can I book a private appointment at the boutique or studio?
    Private appointments can be arranged through our Contact page. Our team will be happy to welcome you for a personalized consultation in Corfu or Athens.
  • What is Petretin Studio?
    Petretin Studio is our creative headquarters in downtown Athens. It's where our collections are designed, developed, and produced. The space also hosts private fittings, appointments, and occasional events—by appointment only.
  • Can I return or exchange an item purchased online?
    Yes, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. While we do not offer refunds, we provide store credit, which can be used both online and in person at any Petretin location. Please visit our Returns page for detailed instructions.
  • Do you offer made-to-measure or bespoke services?
    Yes. Through our Petretin Privé service or by appointment at our studio, we offer made-to-measure, personal sizing, customization, and special commissions.
