However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you may return it to us within 15 days of purchase for a replacement or exchange to a different item or gift card. Items must be returned in pristine condition with their original packaging, including boxes and receipt. Return postage charges are covered by the client, are non-refundable unless your order was faulty or incorrect. Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
